Fog-eared was a free monthly zine that we created as a tribute to our old neighborhood in San Francisco: Cole Valley.
Our neighbors were always able to find it in local establishments.
It was a loosely serial story about a fictional crime, a talking frog and an assorted array of characters that could have only existed there in that extravagant city.
Each month Allan came up with a theme, Bylle added some visuals, Allan got inspired to write the next portion and Bylle finally added some more art. All that was left was to then print it out and have a folding/pizza party with our friends.
Come on over to our favorite part of the city and check it out! You may even still find an issue or two floating around at one of these locales.
